Danko motherfucking Jones will be rocking Thunder Bay for the first time since opening for Andrew WK at Coyotes a long time back. Danko Jones is one of the greatest rock shows on the planet and has never in his entire career let an audience down whether it was 10 people in a bar or 35,000+ at a european festival. This guy is HUGE in Europe, fairly big in the US but he has yet to completely conquer his own home country.
With him will be some tour support but it has yet to be determined who that will be but this is Danko Jones so you can be assured that any band he chooses to tour with him will be a kick ass rock band as well. Locally the bands chosen for this bill of the 6 bands submitted are ROCK TRUCK, MONEY HONEY and JORDANA DIVINORUM. Local bands are being given 25 min sets and its preferred that gear be shared wherever possible.
This will be a solid fucking rock show and anyone that enjoys a good solid bunch of rock n roll should ensure to be at this show front and center!!!

I am not in the least big exaggerating when I say this will be one of the greatest rock shows ever. White Cowbell is easily and without a doubt one of the most entertaining bands on the planet for a great many reasons. Amazing talent, amazing songs and a stage show that will blow your mind are a few of those reasons.
WHITE COWBELL OKLAHOMA is REAL southern rock, Im talking 3 guitarists, keys, multiple singers, tonnes of groove, tonnes of solos and thats just the tip of the iceberg.. or should I say the tip of the raging bonfire. I can guarantee that if you attend this show, you will leave 120% entertained and wanting more. WCO will not let anyone down.
I dont want to give away the on stage antics of this band but I can tell you all that there's a good reason this show is 19+ and a tonne of reason that everyone should come and be witness to what is guaranteed to be one of the best rock shows possible.
With them is a great mix of short sets from some great bands.....
WILD BIRDS - Hailing from Wisconsin these guys play a brand of rock that sounds like they mastered time travel and came direct from 1977 to kick everyone in the face. Straight up 70's melodic rock with a lot of punch.
THE JUNCTION - These guys have been here with Bedouin Soundclash and have been here on their own. They blend various types of rock. They are not part of this tour but theyre in town the same night so why not show them a kick ass good time.
Blend all those amazing touring bands together with our own rockers Jordana Divinorum, Rock Truck and The George Renner band and you have one hell of a Sunday night. So come on out, drink beer, get wasted, and most importantly rock your ass off to some killer rock music.

This show packs a whole lot of various genres into one amazing bill and it will really appeal to the ska, punk and rockabilly lovers in the bay.
